  • Employers can bulk import their workers and credentials, and easily organize workers into Crews by job site, credential, or expiry date.
  • Employers can manage and coordinator their Crews of workers to ensure credential compliance based on job site requirements.
  • Employers can readily share Crew information with supervisors through a secure link, so they can see their workers as well as those of the sub-trades.
  • Employers purchase a monthly subscription to the TradesLink Enterprise Access Portal which provides them with the ability to search for available Tradespeople based on Availability/Location/Trade & Level of Achievement/Safety Tickets and Skills.
  • Employers then can view the matching profiles of potential candidates and reach out directly to those tradespeople to schedule an interview. There are no additional fees to hire off of TradesLink.
